Once you fall off the dieting wagon it's difficult to climb back on. After having access to all the good food over the holiday weekend, I felt like I was starving all day yesterday. In fact, I was so hungry that I misplaced my willpower and ate fast food! Shame on me. I have to stick to this damn diet. It took me several weeks to get to the point where I was content eating less than the daily points allowed, but only a weekend to screw it all up. Dieting sucks.

Don't do what I did. I said to heck with for Thanksgiving and never went back until today. I gained a lot back and am sorry that I did that. Get right back on it before you end up like me.
