I am one cranky bitch today. I don't know what my problem is. I should be happy that it's Friday, but I can't stand these customers today. I feel like I'm going to explode every time I hear another person's voice on the other end of my phone. I just want this day to be over so I can go home and relax.

As one who had to deals with the public on a daily basis I can honestly say, "I feel your pain!" And most time that pain is in the ass. The weekend is on the horizon, hold in there.
