Well, we've proven that studying really does work! We were really worried about Evan because his progress report wasn't so great for Social Studies. With changing his medication for ADHD we were concerned that he was going to have a really rough start this year and worried that we were going to have a difficult time getting a handle on the situation.

We made him sit down and study every single night - reading the chapter and going over notes and a study guide. He took his Social Studies test this afternoon and from what I understand, his teacher told him we'll be happy with his grade. She didn't give the test back to him, but if he gets a "B" or better, I'm going to reward him with a new NIntendo DS game or something. He knows what it feels like to be in trouble for doing poorly. I want him to really enjoy the feeling of doing really well by studying hard.
