The inspection on the house went very well yesterday. There's pretty much nothing wrong with the house other than a couple of outlets that aren't grounded and a face plate that is cracked. The roof is good, the furnace is good, the siding is good, everything is .. well... good. The only thing that we have to do is go in and clean the house, paint the rooms, get the carpet cleaned and we're good to go! The closing will be around the end of this month and we'll be able to take possession at that time. I'm so excited!!

That's great! I bet you're excited! I can't wait until Jo and I decide to take that plunge again! I'm looking forward to buying a fixer-upper next time though.. I just love older homes (Victorian style) and cottages. I can't wait!
